The list, which includes names, photos, and job details, is seen by critics as a racist and intimidating tactic aimed at discrediting DEI efforts within federal agencies.
The AAF, a conservative watchdog group with ties to Project 2025, claims the watchlist aims to expose individuals promoting 'radical' DEI ideologies and influence personnel decisions under the Trump administration.
Public health advocates and federal workers have expressed fear and outrage, citing safety concerns, potential harassment, and the psychological toll of being publicly targeted.
This marks the third such list published by the AAF, following similar efforts targeting employees in the Departments of Homeland Security and Education.
