Congressman Seeks ATF Records on Fatal Airport Director Raid

Malinowski, accused of illegally reselling over 150 guns, was not aware he was under investigation, according to his family's attorney.
The ATF's use of force and lack of body cameras during the raid have drawn criticism and calls for transparency from Republican lawmakers.
State police have completed their investigation into the shooting and are forwarding their findings to the local prosecutor to determine if the shooting was justified.
