- The draw will stream live on Uefa.com and the official Conference League app from the House of European Football in Nyon.
- Sixteen clubs—eight seeded and eight unseeded—will be paired into two-legged play-offs for places in the round of 16.
- UEFA’s position-based system matches clubs 9/10 with 23/24, 11/12 with 21/22, 13/14 with 19/20, and 15/16 with 17/18.
- Seeded teams are AZ Alkmaar, Celje, Crystal Palace, Fiorentina, Lausanne-Sport, Lech Poznań, Rijeka and Samsunspor; unseeded are Drita, Jagiellonia, KuPS Kuopio, Noah, Omonoia, Shkëndija, Sigma Olomouc and Zrinjski.
- Ties are scheduled for 19 and 26 February, with Palace seeded to host the second leg at Selhurst Park and, if they advance, to face Mainz or AEK Larnaca in March.
