- Applicants can check whether their folio advanced by entering their CURP at gob.mx/conavi, and officials direct the public to the interactive module map at pvb.conavi.gob.mx for verified locations and updates.
- The second-stage field visits are slated to run from Aug. 26 to Sept. 18, according to Conavi’s director general, focusing on in-home verification for those preselected from the first phase.
- Home visits are scheduled by phone using the numbers provided at registration, and applications will not proceed if contact cannot be established after two attempts.
- During the visit, applicants must present original and copy of key documents, including birth certificate, income proof, marital status proof, non-ownership certificate, non-rightsholder letter, and disability certificate if applicable.
- Collected data will be used for eligibility confirmation and demand profiling, a lottery will be used only if demand exceeds available housing, and final beneficiary results are expected to be published in November 2025 following committee validation.
