Conavi Opens Second-Stage Registration for Vivienda para el Bienestar Across 25 States

The rollout uses official modules to screen low-income households through a free, in-person process.

Overview

  • The second registration window runs from September 25 to October 2 at 50 modules located in 47 municipalities across 25 federal entities.
  • Applicants must register personally at official modules without intermediaries and present a valid photo ID, updated CURP and recent proof of address.
  • Conavi will review applications within up to 20 business days, post a preliminary preselected list on its website and alert candidates by call, SMS or WhatsApp to schedule home verifications.
  • In Quintana Roo, Governor Mara Lezama launched the effort in Cancún as construction has begun on 1,596 homes in Benito Juárez, Tulum and Othón P. Blanco.
  • The program, coordinated by the Secretarías del Bienestar and SEDATU, prioritizes vulnerable households, and Conavi has said it plans to deliver 500,000 homes during the current sexenio.
