Conavi Opens Second Registration Phase for Vivienda para el Bienestar Across 25 States

The phase prioritizes low-income households without social security through in-person, no-intermediary registration.

Overview

  • The window runs from September 25 to October 2 with 50 attention modules operating in 47 municipalities across 25 federal entities.
  • Registration is free, personal and only at official modules, where staff review documents, capture data in a diagnostic form and issue a registration folio.
  • Applicants must present an official photo ID, an updated CURP and recent proof of address, with typical module hours from 8:00 to 16:00 though schedules can vary by location.
  • Conavi will review applications within a maximum of 20 business days, post a preliminary preselection list on its website and notify candidates by call, SMS or WhatsApp to arrange a home verification visit.
  • The program, coordinated with the Welfare and Agrarian, Territorial and Urban Development secretariats, is part of a national plan that assigns Conavi the construction of 500,000 homes during the sexenio, with Quintana Roo already reporting 1,596 homes under construction and a plan for more than 48,000 in the state.
