Commerzbank Signs Lease for New Frankfurt Skyscraper
Germany's second-largest private bank will consolidate operations in two major towers starting in 2028, creating 3,200 new workplaces in the Central Business Tower.

- The 205-meter-high CBT will provide over 73,000 square meters of office space across 52 floors, accommodating 3,200 employees.
- The bank plans to consolidate its operations into two main buildings: the iconic Commerzbank Tower and the new CBT.
- Commerzbank's current office functions are spread across multiple locations in Frankfurt and Eschborn, which will be streamlined with this move.
- The Commerzbank Tower, previously sold to Samsung Life Insurance, will continue to house key departments alongside the CBT.
