The Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards 2023 announced its winners, with a photo of a kangaroo appearing to play an air guitar taking the overall prize.
The competition received 5,300 submissions from 85 countries, narrowed down to 41 finalists and 14 winning photos.
The winning images show animals like otters, owls, turtles, and monkeys making expressive faces and striking hilarious poses.
The overall winner, Jason Moore, will receive a safari in the Masai Mara, Kenya, and a handmade trophy from the Wonder Workshop in Tanzania.
The competition also champions the work of the Whitley Fund for Nature, a British charity that supports conservation leaders working in their home countries across the global south.
