Comedian Mark Normand's Show Interrupted by Viral Stunt

Venue claims disruption was planned by producers HiHi, linked to Amazon Prime Video's 'Mr. & Mrs. Smith'

During a recent set from comedian Mark Normand at the New York Comedy Club, a man in a yellow beanie unexpectedly came up on stage and was promptly escorted out. The incident was recorded and quickly went viral on social media.
The venue later explained that the disruption was part of a filming by HiHi, the producers that rented out the venue for the night.
Mark Normand issued a statement saying he had no prior knowledge of the stunt, which he described as a 'weird swinger sex party thing.'
HiHi, the organization behind the stunt, is also linked to Amazon Prime Video's 'Mr. & Mrs. Smith.' The entity has been involved in other viral stunts, including one involving Tyra Banks at a New York Knicks game.
Despite the confusion and disruption, the New York Comedy Club assured that no one was hurt and offered a free show to the patrons who were escorted out.
