Comedian Eric Andre Brings Back Iconic Show After Movie Flops

The Eric Andre Show is returning for a sixth season after almost three years.
Eric André decided to bring the show back because his 2020 prank movie/road trip comedy Bad Trip didn't make any money.
André didn't want to permanently close the door on a project that gave him full creative freedom.
Bad Trip was initially supposed to come out in theaters in March 2020 but was eventually released on Netflix.
Despite not making much money on the release, the movie's streaming success led to other opportunities for André.
