Columbus Police Release Person-of-Interest Video in Tepe Double Homicide

Investigators are asking residents to share overnight surveillance from the area to help identify the individual.

  • Spencer, 37, and Monique Tepe, 39, were discovered after coworkers and friends requested a welfare check when he missed work; both died of apparent gunshot wounds.
