Indianapolis named TE Will Mallory, OT Luke Tenuta, QB Riley Leonard, CB Kenny Moore, RG Matt Goncalves, WR Alec Pierce and DT Eric Johnson inactive for Week 4.
Moore (Achilles), Pierce (concussion) and Goncalves (toe) were ruled out on Friday, while DeForest Buckner is active after being listed as questionable.
With Moore sidelined, the Colts are expected to use Mekhi Blackmon or Mike Hilton at nickel, and rookie AD Mitchell is in line for more snaps at wide receiver without Pierce.
Dalton Tucker is set to start at right guard in place of Goncalves, with practice-squad elevation Josh Sills providing interior depth.
Eric Johnson is inactive for the first time this season, creating room for JT Tuimoloau, and the Rams said their questionable players, including Davante Adams, will play.
