Colorado supermarket shooting suspect ruled mentally competent to stand trial

Judge ruled Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa mentally competent to stand trial for 2021 King Soopers shooting.
Alissa faces over 50 charges including 10 counts of first-degree murder for the shooting spree.

Alissa has schizophrenia and requires medication, but is currently stabilized in custody.
