Colorado Security Guard Arrested for Murder, Found with Victim's Severed Hand

Solomon Martinez, a 26-year-old security guard in Colorado, has been arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder in connection with the death of 47-year-old Renee Marie Portillos, whose decapitated body was found in Fountain Creek.
A severed hand, believed to belong to the victim, was found in a plastic bag in Martinez's jacket pocket at the time of his arrest.
Martinez's roommate, Joshua Mazzurco, and another witness reported seeing Martinez with blood on his hands and clothes, and Martinez allegedly asked Mazzurco to dig a 'ten-foot hole'.
Martinez has denied the murder, claiming he picked up the victim as a prostitute but later dropped her off, suggesting that another witness may have been responsible for her death.
Martinez is currently being held at the Pueblo County jail on a $1 million cash-only bond.
