Singler's 9-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son were found dead in their home in Colorado Springs on December 19.
Singler initially cooperated with the police but disappeared during the investigation.
An arrest warrant was issued for Singler on December 26, charging her with two counts of first-degree murder, one count of attempted murder, three counts of child abuse and one count of assault.
Singler's arrest in the UK was made without incident and she is now facing extradition proceedings to the United States.
