Suzanne Morphew's remains were found in September 2023, and her death was ruled a homicide with the investigation ongoing under the 12th Judicial District Attorney's office.
Stanley has until September 21 to appeal the disbarment decision and must pay the costs of the disciplinary proceedings by September 24.
