Colin Firth to Star in 'Lockerbie', a New Miniseries by Peacock and Sky Original

Based on the book 'The Lockerbie Bombing: A Father's Search for Justice', the series will depict the journey of Dr. Jim Swire, whose daughter was killed in the 1988 Pan Am Flight 103 bombing.

Oscar-winning actor Colin Firth is set to star in a new miniseries for Peacock and Sky Original called 'Lockerbie'.
Firth will play Dr. Jim Swire, a man whose daughter was killed when Pan Am Flight 103 exploded over Scotland in 1988.
The series is based on the book, 'The Lockerbie Bombing: A Father's Search for Justice', by Swire and Peter Biddulph.
Scottish playwright David Harrower is the lead writer on the series, and filming is expected to start soon.
The series will be available on Sky and its streaming service Now in the UK, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Austria, and on Peacock in the U.S.
