  • Anthony James Tyree, 34, was arrested Aug. 18 at his Pittsburg home after detectives obtained an arrest warrant.
  • He is charged with two counts of murder, attempted murder and possession of a firearm by a felon, according to the district attorney.
  • Prosecutors allege Tyree and another passenger opened fire on a black Infiniti in the Bayview on Jan. 27, 2015, killing passenger Dante Glenn and wounding the driver, while a stray bullet killed bystander Maria Lourdes Soza.
