- Forecasters report the heaviest snow has moved out, with breaks of sunshine developing and lingering flurries mainly north of I-80 and in the higher terrain.
- Scattered light snow is expected late tonight with totals limited to a coating to around a half-inch, which could produce slick spots on untreated roads Friday morning.
- Winds are expected to ease over the weekend with dry, cold weather; the Steelers game Sunday night looks cold but snow-free, with a gradual warmup early next week.
