Overview
- Alpine left the Hungarian weekend without points after a difficult race in which Franco Colapinto finished 15th and Pierre Gasly 12th, and rivals such as Aston Martin showed clear pace gains.
- Colapinto completed the most laps in Pirelli’s two‑day Hungaroring tyre development programme, totaling 267 circuits with 139 on the second day and covering about 1,170 km while testing C3–C5 compounds.
- Flavio Briatore said the team will bring upgrades after the summer break to restore Alpine’s competitiveness and target a return to the fight for fifth in the constructors’ standings.
