• The recall covers 110 g banana (use-by Sept 12–13, 2025), mango (Sept 13, 2025) and strawberry (Sept 12, 2025) coconut yoghurt pouches.
• FSANZ says the products contain undeclared milk, posing a risk to consumers with a milk allergy or intolerance.
• Affected stock was sold at Woolworths in NSW, ACT, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, the Northern Territory and online.
• Impacted batches were also available at independent retailers including IGA in Queensland and Victoria, with the mango variant sold at Coles in NSW and Victoria.
• Customers are advised to return affected items to the place of purchase for a full refund, and no cause for the contamination has been disclosed.
