Overview

• Hemant Rupani will succeed Juan Pablo Rodriguez as CEO of Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages on September 8, 2025.
• He will report directly to the HCCB Board of Directors under Coca-Cola’s governance framework.
• Rupani currently leads Mondelez International’s Southeast Asia business, overseeing operations in Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.
• His career spans leadership roles at PepsiCo, Infosys Technologies, Vodafone, Britannia Industries and Mondelez, beginning in 1997.
• The appointment follows Coca-Cola’s December agreement to sell a 40% stake in HCCB’s parent company to Jubilant Bhartia Group.
