Overview

• In Dehradun, overnight downpours and a cloudburst inundated Sahastradhara, Maldevta and other pockets, with at least five people reported swept away and more than 500 stranded.
• Bridges were damaged or washed out at Maldevta and on the Dehradun–Paonta National Highway, while sections of the Mussoorie–Dehradun road were blocked by debris.
