Cloudburst in J&K’s Kishtwar Death Toll Rises Above 60 as Rescues Continue

Continuing heavy rain has washed out roads, complicating multi-agency rescue efforts on the Machail Mata route.

  • GMC Jammu, backed by specialist teams from PGI Chandigarh, has prepared 50 disaster beds, 20 ventilator beds and stocked over 200 units of blood to treat hundreds of injured pilgrims.
