Officials activate control rooms, relocating students with forecasters warning of more rain.

  • Vehicles were stranded in floodwaters, including an APSRTC bus near Gudur–Penchikalapadu and a bus near Mantralayam, though passengers got out safely, and officials cautioned residents as more rain is expected over the next two days.
