Clooney Foundation for Justice Appoints New Co-CEOs

Emma Lindsay and David Sagal to Lead the Nonprofit's Next Chapter of Growth

George and Amal Clooney's Foundation for Justice has announced a new leadership team, with Emma Lindsay and David Sagal appointed as co-CEOs.
Emma Lindsay, an international lawyer formerly with Withers law firm, will oversee the foundation’s justice programs.
David Sagal, former general counsel at Warner Bros. Pictures, will focus on the nonprofit’s operations, including finance and human resources.
The foundation, established in 2016, operates in 40 countries and aims to increase access to justice for victims of crimes against humanity.
According to its 2022 IRS filings, the foundation received nearly $10 million in donations and grants and spent nearly $4 million on its programs.
