Clippers to Honor Jerry West with Tribute at Intuit Dome Opener

The Los Angeles Clippers will commemorate the late NBA icon Jerry West with a court decal and reserved seat during their season opener against the Phoenix Suns.

Jerry West, who passed away in June at age 86, served as a consultant for the Clippers from 2017 until his death.
The tribute includes a 'JW' court decal and a memorial seat with West's signature and 'The Logo' inscription.
The Clippers will also present a video celebrating West's contributions during the opening game at the new Intuit Dome.
West was recently inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame for the third time, recognizing his front office achievements.
During his tenure, West played a pivotal role in the Clippers' first Western Conference Finals appearance in 2021.
