Former President Bill Clinton and California Governor Gavin Newsom were seen vacationing together at the Four Seasons Resort in Tamarindo, Mexico.
The vacation follows the release of unsealed court documents related to Jeffrey Epstein, in which Clinton was mentioned but not implicated in any illegal activity.
Clinton was named in the documents by Epstein accuser Johanna Sjöberg, who claimed Epstein told her that Clinton 'likes them young'.
Clinton has denied any knowledge of Epstein's crimes and has maintained that he never visited Epstein's infamous island, despite acknowledging trips on Epstein's private jet as part of humanitarian efforts with the Clinton Foundation.
Newsom and Clinton have reportedly been close friends for some time, with Newsom expressing his gratitude for their friendship and Clinton's leadership in a 2016 birthday wish to the former president.
