• At Rocket Arena, Commissioner Cathy Engelbert joined local leaders to unveil a program of 28 camps, clinics, coach trainings and professional development sessions running through June 30, 2026.
• Events will reach participants across Ohio, Western Pennsylvania and Western New York, connecting them with franchise staff and resources.
• More than 700 student-athletes attended the announcement, alongside Cleveland Mayor Justin Bibb, County Executive Chris Ronayne and former Cleveland WNBA players.
• The franchise has secured nearly 7,000 initial season-membership deposits and is slated to begin play at Rocket Arena in 2028 under Rock Entertainment Group.
• A team name and branding are expected in early 2026, with an expansion draft planned in 2027 to build the inaugural roster.
