Overview

• FLOCK cameras flagged a car reported stolen out of East Cleveland around 9 p.m. as it traveled through Ohio City and Gordon Square.
• Officers located the vehicle in a parking lot near West 73rd Street and Detroit Avenue and attempted a traffic stop.
• Five occupants fled on foot; a 13-year-old listed as missing from Maple Heights and a 17-year-old were apprehended.
