Hunt played through the injury for much of the 2023 season, despite it being serious enough to typically sideline players for six to eight weeks.
He rejoined the Browns after starter Nick Chubb suffered a season-ending knee injury in Week 2, and finished the season with 411 rushing yards and nine touchdowns.
Hunt, who becomes a free agent in March, has expressed interest in returning to Cleveland, but is also planning to test the free agent market.
Despite his injury, Hunt's performance has been praised by Browns coach Kevin Stefanski, who called him a 'battler' and appreciated his contributions to the team.
