Clement Noel Secures Back-to-Back Slalom Victories at Gurgl

The French Olympic champion overcame a challenging second run to claim his 12th career World Cup win, edging out Kristoffer Jakobsen and Atle Lie McGrath.

Clement Noel dominated the first run of the Gurgl slalom with a flawless performance, building a lead of over 0.8 seconds on the icy course.
Despite mistakes in his second run, Noel held on to win by 0.43 seconds over Sweden's Kristoffer Jakobsen and 0.44 seconds over Norway's Atle Lie McGrath.
This marks Noel's second consecutive World Cup slalom victory, following his win in Levi, Finland, which ended a 22-month drought for the skier.
Several top competitors, including Marcel Hirscher, Manuel Feller, and Lucas Pinheiro Braathen, failed to finish the first leg due to the challenging conditions.
Noel now has 12 career World Cup victories, all in slalom, as the circuit moves to speed events in Beaver Creek, Colorado, in early December.
