Overview
- The Consortium of NLUs activated the CLAT 2026 registration portal on August 1 at consortiumofnlus.ac.in, with applications accepted until October 31, 2025.
- Undergraduate applicants must hold at least 45% in Class 12 (40% for reserved categories), and postgraduate candidates need a minimum of 45% in their LLB degree (40% for reserved groups).
- To apply, candidates must register with a valid mobile number and email ID, verify via OTP, complete the application form, upload required documents and pay the applicable fee online.
- General, OBC, PWD, NRI, PIO and OCI candidates must pay ₹4,000 (₹4,500 with question papers), while SC, ST and BPL applicants are charged ₹3,500 (₹4,000 with question papers).
- CLAT 2026 will be conducted in offline pen-and-paper mode on December 7, 2025, from 2 PM to 4 PM, with the detailed syllabus and exam pattern to be published soon.
