Class Action Lawsuits Filed Against Capstone, Estee Lauder, and Nikola

Class action lawsuits have been filed against Capstone Green Energy Corporation, The Estee Lauder Companies Inc., and Nikola Corporation by Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C.
Capstone Green Energy Corporation is accused of engaging in 'bill and hold transactions' with customers, not reporting these transactions pursuant to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and making false and/or misleading statements.
The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is alleged to have misled investors with unrealistic and materially false statements about market demand for its products and its inventory levels.
Nikola Corporation is accused of maintaining deficient safety and structural controls related to its manufacturing of battery components, rendering its vehicles unsafe to operate and thus unusable, thereby raising the likelihood of a product recall.
