Stroud ranks sixth among rookie quarterbacks all-time with at least 200 pass attempts in EPA per dropback, first in touchdown-to-interception ratio and second in yards per attempt.
The Texans' offense has made significant improvements from last season, ranking sixth in offensive EPA per play through 10 weeks this season, compared to being last in the league in 2022.
Stroud has demonstrated high-level creation ability and has been instrumental in leading the Texans to go-ahead scores in three games near the end of regulation.
Stroud's performance could make him the first Ohio State quarterback to become a Pro Bowler and possibly contend for the MVP.
