Civic Coalition Seeks Urgent ANAC Inspection of Alleged Unregistered Helipad at Pilar Estate

Social-media footage of helicopter landings plus claims of a rapid cleanup triggered the move.

Overview

  • Coalición Cívica figures Tomás Yofe and Facundo del Gaiso filed a Dec. 4 request asking the aviation regulator ANAC to conduct an on-site inspection of the Pilar property’s helipad.
  • The complainants say the landing site does not appear in ANAC’s registry of authorized aerodromes, noting the only listed helipad nearby is the smaller Villa Rosa/Las Chacritas facility 3.5 km away.
  • They asked ANAC to verify the helipad’s existence and operating conditions and, if irregularities are confirmed, to order closure, halt any air operations, and pursue sanctions under the Aeronautical Code.
  • The estate was formally bought on May 30, 2024 by Real Central S.R.L., owned by Luciano Pantano and Ana Lucía Conte, whom the complainants allege are front buyers for AFA leaders Claudio Tapia and Pablo Toviggino.
  • The filing cites neighbor reports and videos of helicopter arrivals and warns the property is being emptied, while related complaints sit with PROCELAC and courts with no public enforcement steps by ANAC reported yet.
