Citroën Launches Basalt X in India With Feature Uplift and Cara AI Debut

  • Citroën rolled out the refreshed coupe-SUV with a reorganised You/Plus/Max lineup and widely reported introductory pricing from Rs 7.95 lakh, though some outlets list higher starting figures based on variant and option interpretations.
  • Cara AI debuts on the Max automatic only, enabling natural-voice tasks such as navigation, flight status, calls, reminders and vehicle health checks, with initial bookings receiving it at no extra cost.
  • The update adds ventilated front seats, keyless entry with push-button start, cruise control, ambient lighting and LED fog lamps, with an optional 360-degree camera priced at Rs 25,000 and a dual-tone roof at Rs 21,000.
