Circle K and Sheetz Offer Limited-Time Gas Discounts Ahead of Thanksgiving Travel

Drivers can save 40 cents per gallon at select Circle K and Sheetz locations as millions prepare to hit the road for the holiday.

Circle K is offering 40 cents off per gallon on all fuel types for three hours on November 21, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time, at over 5,000 locations nationwide.
Sheetz is discounting its Unleaded 88 fuel by 40 cents per gallon through the end of November at 505 of its locations, primarily in the mid-Atlantic region.
Unleaded 88, a blend of 15% ethanol and 85% gasoline, is approved by the EPA for vehicles manufactured in 2001 or later but may result in slightly lower gas mileage.
This year's Thanksgiving travel is expected to see record numbers, with nearly 80 million Americans traveling, 90% of whom will drive, according to AAA.
National gas prices are currently averaging $3.06 per gallon, down from $3.31 a year ago, with 31 states reporting averages below $3.
