Chrysler Recalls Over 200,000 Jeep and Dodge SUVs for Brake System Issue

The recall involves 2018-2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Durango SUVs, totaling approximately 207,000 vehicles.
A brake control computer malfunction may disable the antilock brake system and electronic stability control.
Stellantis, the parent company, has not reported any crashes or injuries related to this issue.
A similar recall was issued in 2022, but it did not address the current brake light and safety system concerns.
Owners will be notified by mail starting November 14, and a remedy is still under development.
