Trump rebuffs Cher's threat to flee U.S. if he's reelected, holds commanding lead in GOP polls

Cher has expressed her strong opposition to former President Donald Trump and threatened to leave the U.S. if he is re-elected in the upcoming presidential election. She says her experiences from his previous term gave her 'almost an ulcer'.
Some of Cher's previous remarks against Trump include referring to him as a 'f---ing traitor' and suggesting that she'd leave Earth if he won back in 2016, a threat she didn't follow through.
Despite Cher's threats and criticism against him, Trump continues to show a commanding lead amongst Republicans, holding approximately 60% of support amongst Republican primary voters according to a recent Fox News poll.
Cher's stance aligns with several other celebrities who have previously threatened to leave the country if Trump won the election. Some of these figures include Miley Cyrus, Snoop Dogg, and Chelsea Handler.
In addition to her criticisms of Trump, Cher has voiced her concerns about the rising number of anti-transgender bills being proposed across the U.S., considering the threat they could pose to her son, Chaz Bono, who is trans.
