Overview
- In La Plata, police detained 68-year-old Juan Carlos Magen after the fatal shooting of neighbor Daniel Néstor Rubén Ramírez, with prosecutors charging him with aggravated homicide, attempted homicide and armed threats and seizing a Bersa .40, ammunition and other weapons.
