Christine Quinn Secures Restraining Order Against Estranged Husband

The order follows two arrests in March for alleged assault and violating a previous order.

Christine Quinn has been granted a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband, Christian Dumontet, requiring him to stay at least 100 yards away from her and their 2-year-old son.
The restraining order comes after Dumontet was arrested twice in March for alleged assault with a deadly weapon and violating a previous order by returning to their shared home.
Dumontet is also ordered to stay away from Quinn's two Yorkshire Terriers, Bubby and Teddy, and to have limited contact with Quinn regarding child visitation.
The court denied Quinn's request for custody of their son until a hearing set for April 17, where the couple has been ordered to attend Family Court Services mediation.
Dumontet's behavior included throwing items at Quinn, urinating on the floor, and an incident where a bag of recyclables he threw at Quinn hit their son instead.
