Teigen and Legend had previously lost their son, Jack, at 20 weeks gestation in 2020 and turned to surrogacy to complete their family.
Teigen and Legend chose the name Wren Alexander Stephens to honor their surrogate, Alexandra, who Teigen described as an amazing and compassionate surrogate.
Wren was born just five months after Teigen gave birth to their daughter, Esti Maxine Stephens.
Teigen expressed her longtime desire for four children and her gratitude towards Alexandra for the gift of their son.
