Overview
- CHP says a solo-vehicle crash occurred around 3 a.m. on westbound I-580 at the Grant Line Road off-ramp near Tracy.
- Witnesses reported a pedestrian on the freeway; officers contacted a woman who, due to alcohol intoxication, did not initially disclose or remember the crash location.
