Chong Lee Serving Life Sentence for 2013 Nightclub Murder of Josh Richards

  • Richards had launched a business with his friend Galen, converting old school buses into party buses.
  • Four men were identified as suspects from surveillance footage, but Chong Lee was eventually convicted for the murder based on witness statements and his own confession.
  • Chong Lee was sentenced to life in prison with eligibility for parole after 34 years in June 2016.
  • Chong Lee is currently serving his sentence at the Waupun Correctional Institution and will be eligible for parole in 2048.
