Chong Lee Serving Life Sentence for 2013 Nightclub Murder of Josh Richards

Lee, convicted for the fatal shooting of Richards in a Wisconsin nightclub, is eligible for parole in 2048.

Josh Richards, a 25-year-old car mechanic from Green Bay, was fatally shot in a nightclub in Appleton, Wisconsin on December 7, 2013.
Richards had launched a business with his friend Galen, converting old school buses into party buses.
Four men were identified as suspects from surveillance footage, but Chong Lee was eventually convicted for the murder based on witness statements and his own confession.
Chong Lee was sentenced to life in prison with eligibility for parole after 34 years in June 2016.
Chong Lee is currently serving his sentence at the Waupun Correctional Institution and will be eligible for parole in 2048.
