Overview

  • The smoky, spicy Adobo Ranch blends adobo pepper, sour cream and a custom herb-and-spice mix with no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
  • It marks Chipotle’s first new dip since Queso Blanco in 2020 and will be available at U.S. and Canada locations starting June 17.
  • Rewards members who enroll by 11 p.m. local time on June 16 can sample Adobo Ranch for free on launch day.
  • An extra side of the dip costs 75 cents and can be added to any burrito, bowl, taco, salad or quesadilla.
  • The launch follows ranch-based menu additions from rivals like Taco Bell, KFC and Burger King as Chipotle seeks to reengage Gen Z diners.
