China–Russia Trade Drops 9.4% Through September, Chinese Data Show

- China’s General Administration of Customs reported January–September China–Russia turnover of $163.62 billion, down 9.4% year over year.

- Russia’s surplus in bilateral trade widened 17.2% to $16.48 billion for the first nine months of 2025.
- September posted a month‑to‑month rebound to $19.82 billion, including $8.87 billion in Chinese exports and $10.95 billion in Russian exports to China.
