- The service will run three times weekly on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays using an Airbus A330-200.
- Flight MU563 is scheduled to depart Shanghai Pudong at 12:50 pm and arrive in Delhi at 5:45 pm, with MU564 leaving Delhi at 7:55 pm and reaching Shanghai at 4:10 am the next day.
- Tickets are available now, marking the first confirmed restart by a Chinese carrier on the India route.
- IndiGo begins daily Kolkata–Guangzhou flights on October 26 and plans Delhi–Guangzhou from November 10, while Air India plans to resume China services later this year.
- India’s DGCA says requests from other Chinese airlines, including Air China and Shandong for passenger services and China Southern and Sichuan for cargo, are under review.
