Overview
- China’s market regulator recorded a recall of 116,887 Xiaomi SU7 standard vehicles built from February 6, 2024 to August 30, 2025 over insufficient handling of rare scenarios in L2 highway NOA that could raise crash risk without driver intervention.
- Xiaomi will resolve the issue via a free over-the-air update, with owners instructed to upgrade in-car systems to HyperOS 1.10.0 to gain revised speed control, a new dynamic target-speed feature, and improved large-vehicle avoidance; other SU7 trims are not included.
