Overview

• More than 8,000 children and their families attended the Parque San Martín celebration in San Salvador de Jujuy, marking one of the largest municipal Children’s Day events to date.
• Organizers distributed approximately 4,000 printed raffle tickets and supplementary talonarios but still faced demand that outstripped ticket availability.
• The Jujuy festivities were staged through an interinstitutional effort involving secretariats of Human Development, Culture and Tourism, provincial agencies and public services teams.
• In San Miguel de Tucumán, Mayor Rossana Chahla hosted the event at the Palacio de los Deportes and urged families to help keep public spaces clean.
• Both provinces’ celebrations offered free entertainment including stage shows, inflatables, face painting and prize raffles with bicycles and sports jerseys to promote recreation and children’s rights.
